WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
For online orders, we accept items back in new, original, unworn condition – with all original tags attached for a full refund or credit note. We operate on a strict 14 day returns policy. You have 14 days from your date of receipt to lodge and return your item. Your refund will be credited to your original form of payment used to make the purchase. Please note, all sale items are final sale.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
To lodge a return, please reach out to our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your return.
Once your return has been approved, please send your item/s back to us immediately to process. Late returns will not be accepted.
It is the customers responsibility to cover all return shipping costs.
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?
Upon approving your return, we will send through the return address.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
For incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please email email@example.com immediately so we can arrange a replacement or repair of your garment as soon as possible.
